1. American Girl Bistro at Florida Mall
Any kid who adores dolls will also revel in the American Girl store. Little ones can role play with various dolls, toy strollers, changing stations, play house etc. Almost free entertainment if you can avoid the pull to buy some of the amazing dolls and accessories!
All the dolls and accessories (not cheap!) are available to buy. You can not only purchase little girls outfits which match the dolls, but also visit the bistro and dine with your doll!
If you haven’t brought a doll, don’t fret as the store will lend you one.
They have little seats for the dolls to sit in, and you are given a mini plate, cup for your doll, and the napkin holders are hair ties. You get to keep all of these items!
To eat, kids and adults can select chicken tenders, macaroni cheese, pizza, dips, salad, ice-cream, cookies, sundaes, cupcakes, and over 21s a wine, beer, mimosas and sparking wines as well as soft drinks.

2. T-REX Cafe
For a themed Orlando restaurant it’s hard to beat the theming at T-Rex. T-REX Cafe takes you on a prehistoric adventure where you can enjoy face-to-face encounters with immersive life-sized animatronic dinosaurs, hands-on educational activities, shop and eat.
Dishes include American fare, grills, salads, quesadillas, shrimp, steak and so many other food choices. with a kids menu Dino dining theme and fun desserts and light up drinks. This restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
Every 20 minutes this dino themed restaurant in Orlando, rumbles as a meteor shower erupts. There are themed dining areas with different sights and sounds including an ice cavern, fern forest and a kids play area.

3. Chef Mickeys
Chef Mickey’s is located inside Disney’s Contemporary Resort. Once inside the Resort, proceed to the 4th floor concourse where Chef Mickey’s is located.
There is no need for a theme park ticket. From the Magic Kingdom, Epcot or the Ticket and transportation center you can take the monorail.
From any of the parks and Disney springs you can take the bus, or from anywhere in Orlando you can take a taxi, Uber or Lyft to Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
If you haven’t already done so, don’t forget to make your dining reservation as Chef Mickey’s is very popular – it’s one of the best restaurants for kids in Orlando due to the character interactions.
